Arms Bugged
So I'm playing on a modded server, I logged off with a Wooden bench in my hands and when i logged in my arms look like jelly and just looked messed up. I can't aim or do anything, I've killed myself, restarted my game.. still the same. I think i heard someone call it "Jazz hands" anyone have any idea on how to fix?

Mods...

Anyways, ive had SOME luck with picking items directly to my hands from the ground (normal items like a pear) and then disconnecting and connecting back again

It's strange! I restarted my game twice and nothing.. Had a break for 3 hours came back and solved.. Ah well thanks anyway!
