How does Australian servers and player population do for this game?

AU 4-211 (1st person server) generally has around 30ish players at peak time ... give it a go and maybe it will be 31ish players ... each one makes it better.

If you were to play on a Canadian server, or American server right. I understand the ping is high, but does it get bad to the point where it's unplayable?

I wouldn't play on an overseas server simply because I think if local servers are not supported then they will disappear.

Considering Fragnet still haven't updated to the current build on AU 4-211, maybe USA servers are not such a bad idea if you want to play.

How bad is the ping for you, is it playable? And not bad? Etc.

i play on 1SKGaming and both servers are almost full all day then in the afternoon it fills and they are 100 player servers, so i'd say they do alright. they are modded servers though.

1sk is a great pvp server with 200 players on average across 2 servers. My only complaint is the hitreg can be a bit trash with so many people on.

Pipsi is like 1sk but less populated, better hitreg. Good incentive to build bases.

Dayz Down Under is a whitelist faction and interaction server, recently had a dip in players, but they have a lot of modder working closely with them to create a hardcore experience. Interactions and base building and raiding highly incentivized.
