Can only attack when holding right mouse button

Hi All, for some strange reason, i can only attack (Punch swing melee weapon) when holding down the right mouse button. Other people have mentioned that they can just click the LMB which will attack.

Is there a way to fix this as this is very annoying when trying to do a quick fight.

No, it is exactly like this. There is no other way. Other people are either outdated or lying. Holding right click prepares the attack stance

just rebind your keys to something more organic

You have to hold RMB to "raise" your weapon, gun, melee, doesn't matter.

Edit- click mouse wheel to aim down sights for guns. scroll MW to change sights- i.e from acog to fixed sights
