how to break a 4 dial (red) combo lock?

so i've tryed a hacksaw and handsaw that i thought would work as they have on the 3 dial (blue) combo locks. anyone know how to break them? or with an axe can i break the door down? also on a server with no mods too so i know its not due to mods.

Try to use a firefighter axe or a sledgehammer, these are the 2 only tools that are able to break a combination lock on the server I'm playing, maybe it's the same on the one you're playing.
