why i getting sick so fast? / почему я заражаюсь так быстро

i've not played a few months and now i just play as before and every live getting sick, why?
send me link or explain me reasons of getting sick, how to dont get sick or heal myself during ill

Tetracycline pills from hospital loot will heal most illnesses. Wound infection (from using rags that haven't been disinfected) doesn't currently have an effect as far as I understand (I believe it's fixed in 1.05 though)

Hello.
When you drink from water pomp take off your gloves. They are dirty . Will make you sick.
When fighting with hends with zombie or cutting(skinning) corpse, take off ur gloves when eating.
Use clean rags. (Alcohol for cleaning).
Zombie when makes you bleed, makes you sick.

Tetracycline will heal all of this.
But the way to use them is this.
Take one pill. Do all you doing normally.
When its gone, take onother one. And so on.
Do not take 2 at once.
It takes 3-5 pills to get back to healthy.
Sometimes 7.
Charcol tablets are good only for food poisoning..
