How to whisper, shout, and talk in normal voice?

When you use your push to talk button it's automatic if you shout you shout in the game etc.
You ll see the sound level next to the 'mic' when you talk.

I have a problem with mine I'm not able to adjust the volume. It just stays on low when I hit the up or down button.
