I find if i launch from steam i get the option screen .
But from shortcut on my desktop i dont.
I also notice from desktop my fps dropped and it was laggy.
But from steam 64 bit it ran alot better
I have upto date drivers and dx 11 so a bit weird that .
But i find in the main i get good fps better than old days on 30 fps in woods and 10 below in towns .

You can't have been playing yesterday. It's not possible to even start the game without DX11, and you don't have that.

It is possible or at least it was early on. I built my sons first pc with some spare parts and one of those were a GTX 260. Ran like crap but it ran. I would have to imagine using Intel HD 3000 graphics it must barely be playable.
