Zeroing
Is there a way to fine tune it? so it doesn't jump from 100m to 100m?
When using the sporter .22 and hunting scope, it makes a huge difference and it is quite difficult to estimate where the bullet will go without actually fireing a test shot even when knowing the distance you are shooting from. And using a test shot is a dead giveaway when sniping :-/
Is there a way to fine tune it so I don't have to draw dots on my screen with a permanent marker?

From what I read, if i understood it right, they're hoping to have zeroing working properly with the next patch.

guess it'll be white board marker for the time being
it does work? it always has worked?

Page up and page down to change it. 100m is normal. so 100m means you can shoot up to that far and have it lead on point

200m means you can shoot 200m and so on. works fine.

the more you play the more youll know how far to zero. or use a map or range finder.

can it be faulty if the scope is damaged?

no i dont think so. how ever it wont be dead on. for instance lets say the target is 246m away right. so if you zero to 200m you need to aim a little higher to hit the target.

keep this in mind:

Target Distance: 200m. Zero to 200m to hit the target.
Target Distance: 250m. Zero to 200m and aim a little high to hit the target.
Target Distance: 270m. Zero to 300m to hit the target.

Round the numbers up. if its 200m stick with 200m zeroing. if its bellow 250m stick with 200m if its higher then 250m then zero up to 300. apply that to all zeroing. just round it up.

Don't forget to take account for elevation, if you're on the top of a hill the result at 400m will be quite different from when you're 400m away on a flat road.
