I have always just emptied the gas container and filled with water. Purify if needed. Store in barrel.
Drink and dont worry about it.

It uses electrical charge in the water to split off hydrogen and oxygen it was first used by an Austrailian guy who ran a car the oil companies convieniently killed him the problem is it has to produce enough of the gas in volume to match the cylinder bore size. The device was called a joe cell i believe there are lots of claims online and lots dont work.

When i brought this subject up in University the lecturers scorned at it saying hufff hydrogen on the move will never happen.

Who knows what will happen the government just announced to kill offf all petrol an diesel cars by 2040 proves that the oil will run out by that time.
