Hi, I have tanned leather and a leather sewing kit. It's not letting me craft a leather water bottle - only a bag? I'm on 1.11 now. Please help 🥺

For some reasons, crafting a leather backpack is now the only option when combining tanned leather with a leather sewing kit. I also wanted to craft more leather clothes and stuff but well, I gave up ;)

Backpack is only valid current leather crafting besides the leather covered improvised shelter

Its stupid and unrealistic that you cannot craft a water container and have to rely on finding one. For example i have a garden plot next to a creek or pond or well and crazy amount of tools and gear but no bottle or canteen or canister or cooking pot - i cant water my plants! In real life you can literally take some water into your hand, like when the player is drinking from pond or well, carry it some distance and pour on your plant. Or for example in real life you can soak some clothes in water, carry them some distance and wring them over your garden - there you go, water. This guy is so clumsy he cant even carry water a short distance with a frying pan! Not even talking about rubber boots - you can carry a huge amount of water in them a short distance.

Best option is like I do : run my own server with settings I want. So I find stuff I should ;)
