I guess it will be used for removing hungry status for a while,or removing fatigue.
Cheers for heads up.
All in all this is just speculation and we shall have to see the final product before we can make assumptions! :o)

its in the game - (steam sells the game), do we need to seek an alternative forum other than steam forums to discuss this?
serious q
Even as a game mechanic the moderators have to be very careful to guide people on what they can and cannot say! I would recommend if you have serious questions over this maybe try the official dayz forums? but again i am sure they will have mods who clean up "drug use" threads to make sure only stuff relating to the game and not RL are included.
I don't see it improving your aim, maybe focus a second longer or something.
But I think if you over-dose you should get side effects.
ty for a concise answer.
im just curious is the post from Pacifist due to this thread going of topic or is it that we must be "Carefull" when discussing the actual in game mechanics?
I like many others, use steam forums as a base for game knowledge, hints, and tips. so it would be nice to be clear on this subject before approaching any queries into the drugs mechanics that are currently in game/planned for implimentation.
thanks.
