Some tips about vehicles, please.

So I never played for long this game and this past week was the first time I managed to get a car, unfortunately the damn thing just got stuck in a little pile of rocks.... and found myself unable to unstuck it...after 3 days of running around all the map I found another one and from time to time it gets crazy and starts spining around, also sometimes when I start the engine it suddenly turns like 90 degrees instantly and almost get stuck in thing. What is causing this? And what can I do to unstuc my car? I tried removing the wheels but nothing.

Also the sound it does is extremely high, I always try to use the highest gear so the revolution counter doesn't get to high but I don't see any effect on zeds, they keep agroing from the other side of the damn map and I usually have to park the car very far from the cities so it usefulness as a quick storage place is reduced. Is this intended or the devs are going to make the car a bit quiter?, I have heard nivas before and several old rusty cars and they aren't so loud as the game depict them. Also the distance from where the zombies aggro is a bit too much in vehicles, taking in account that you can almost walk into a zombie while crouching and they won't notice it.

cars still are very bugged. spinning can be a bug or maybe one of your tyres was ruined...
don't hit anything with your vehicle, it might stop working at all even if all components are pristine.
If it is stuck or not working at all , you could take off all components and ruin the car completely with your axe untill it goes up in flames and turn brown. When the server restarts the car respawns freshly again, but where ....?
Like all gear I wouldn't get attach toomuch to vehicles at this stage of development.Just enjoy the moment when you have a working one:)

I see, all my pieces are pristine but I think I touched a little fence with it and got crazy, fortunately still works well. Also thanks for the advice, next time I broke my car I will destroy it so I may find it later.

yup cars are still broken, only way to unstuck car (when battery and wheels are oké) is to trash it , after a server restart the car will respawn somewhere ;-)

Dont bother fixing just look for freshly spawned vehicles or steal ones that are running.

I unstick a vehicle with other vehicles or you can spam A/D and change gears if you do it for long enough it can get the vehicle of small impediments.


Oh and dont drive vehcles like bus and truck less than 25 km an hour over raillines or they get stuck but also dont go too fast as you can damage em :)

Today I was fleeing with the offroad hatchback from some zeds that almost kill me in a military base and I think one of my tires got destroyed, its model changed and it looks like exploded but it still shows a pristine condition. Does it still work? I didn't notice any change. I have an spare one anyway.
