Where are cars?

Are there certain areas of the map that are more likely to spawn cars than others? I have checked a lot of spawns around the map and I have only seen one car. And it was inside the fire station in Elektro. Where there isn't even a car spawn. I looted elektro to get it running and then after messing around i crashed into a very small sign and ruined the battery and the spark plug. I got out and the car floated up into the air so I can't even get back in. Will the cars spawn in the exact location that it says on the map or can they spawn in different spots too. Like this one I found in the fire station? is it at all possible that it spawned there or did someone park it there.

Cars move... literally.

The vehicle spawn points are just where the vehicles can spwan.... but there isn't 1 vehicle for every spawn point.

There are 23 variants for every server.

5 Sedan,
5 Offroad,
5 Bus,
5 Truck,
and 3 Cargo truck.

That.... and if a vehicle spawns... someone takes it... it won't be there.
And.... if that person crashes or just leaves the vehicle... it might be where it dosen't spawn.

So when they do spawn, they spawn exactly where the map says they will. That one,i found in the fire station was left there by someone else
