Learned that in Benning in '87 and still true to this day.
So far, anything black-green goes.
If you go into urban areas, pick lighter colors like white or gray hoodie + black cargo pants with any backpack apart from the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Alice. Keep your head smaller with a cap and you're set.
Remember: small silouette = smaller target to see and hit.
hiking boots really? why not mil boots and use the knife slot?
Awesome looking tho!
i would say
-press vest or high capacity vest
-fireman clothes (they have low space + aren't good for camo but they weight a lot)
-military boots
-Gorka helmet (does attached visor give you extra protection?)
with this gear i feel myself pretty tanky, and i frequently experienced i actually was so
I agree with you. With or without camo doesn't matter at long and mid range. I can se only a black blob.
Btw, has someone else noticed this same effect in the fog while been on the coast?
At distance, I can see the fog, and a small black and glow blob moving far away from my position. It is very easy to spot players on the coast.
