They do not spawn, someone killed a wolf and that's what's left after the meat was taken.
Also this:
Or... since wolves are in that area, new ones could of spawned and were killed.
Either way, what is left is useless at this time.
He walked away with the loots and I walked away with used lumber. lol
I think it stays for 30 minutes but I could be wrong.
"I know how you feel. I followed a guy tonight from Polana to Gorka to Grishino. He hit every hunting stand I did and he left sharpened, unsharpened sticks and firewood at each stand
He walked away with the loots and I walked away with used lumber. lol"

That was most likely me. I know when I am being followed and was wondering who it was. I am very approchable, but understand you must keep your distance from me or I will make a quick end of you. I have some trust issues I hope you understand. That said if you are not acting sletchy I will 10 times out of 10 give you what you ask for because there is so much loot out their and half the fun is trying to find it. I always leave things behind for improvised arrows splints etc. My current character is well over 2 weeks old and that is almost a record for me. Can you discribe what the person you were following was wearing because I wear hunting pants either raincoat or hunting Jacket and boonie hat.
