Wet Clothing

Can't we wring them out anymore? I liked that feature.. I only ask caus my spawn point was on the lil island, I instantly found a decent backpack so crammed it with everything off the island including all my clothes i was wearing. swam to the mainland and was pretty desperate to get dry. sprinting flat out for an hour doesnt seem very realistic.
Is there any way to solve it other than putting evrything in a waterproof bag?

Got any items in the clothing, if yes take em out, take off the clothes then wring em.

Dont wring, sit 1 min near a Fire and all should be dry.
Or try using 1 or 2 Heatpacks?

Try drag the clothing to "vicinity" and wring them from there, worked earlier for me.

What i tend to do is wear 1 cloth as an armband, then i'm guaranteed 1 dry cloth to start a fire with if i need it.

I made fire with wet sticks and wet matches and also wet fire drill kit, wind blew it off 1 time but seccond try and it worked.
This wet mechanic doesnt seem to be implemented yet, so i dont understand why you struggle
with making a Fire and getting dry and warm in around 1 minute infront of it.
No urgent need for drybags yet in my expirience. Hopefully that changes so more stuff can go wrong if one safes time and does stuff less prepared for it. because than one or two things going wrong ends up in the whole group or your char going down or getting damged realy badly + item loss. That is the excitement for many Hunting Groups here.

Yea, i forgot about the fire drill kit. the wet mechanics have bene in place for over a year as far as i know. but i'll be sure to get dry next time. thanks again.

Those are awesome to lite fires in bad weather conditions.

If theres Items in the clothing it wont give you the option to wring them out.
