Tents spawning pitched with random items?

My friend and I have been finding military tents with random items inside (m4 coupled magizines, random cooking items, mp5 mags, and other veriety of items that do not make sense to have in a tent together. Not only that as I said I have found it on multiple occasions with a friend on a verity of servers; concluding me to think that this is not the work of a hacker but rather the game spawning it in.

So what my question is, has anyone found pitched tents in DayZ with content?

Obviously it's players stacking gear they don't have a use for at the time.

Nope. found a barrel with stuff in it in Kamenka, i think it was. #We had made a run from the NW airfield to pick up a buddy of mine who died mysteriously after he fed me a piece of raw chicken and I shot him in the head... It didn't have a lot,. couple SVD mags with ammo and some food.

We took what we needed and booked it incase the owner was there.

No, fully serious. Hoever I suppose I over exagerated a little how frequently I have been finding this, but enough for it to be questionable.

I would've thought that too, but as I said I have found enough across a varitey of servers for it to look like something else. Maybe you're right?

My friend and I put out tents in places that we want to test for traffic. We usually put whatever junk we have in backpack. We have them on several servers. I am sure others may be doing the same.

But strange i just have one mil tent.

In which Region of the Map did you find them? North West? Somewhere west of Severograd?
