Two possible reasons: either you're confusing the post-game Seam Cloud upload (the Big Brother is watching!) or you mean the activities of Module Manager, a meta-mod.

There hasn't been a KSP patch this year.

The logo appears in loading screen, then it begins downloads alot with a yellow bar.

any solutions?

Don't be ridiculous. The yellow bar isn't the download bar - look at what it says above it. When the game starts it loads up everything in your GameData folder, including mods. ModuleManager is a meta-mod that allows mods to alter parts in the stock game and other mods. It will do so every time you launch the game. It can apply well over a thousand such alterations.

There's nothing you can or should do about it.

I simply use this time to get my coffee and snacks ready, then my game is ready to go upon my return.

Snacks... (gets dope-slapped by Jeb)

But if it's your first run with ATM, it can be enough time to have a three-course meal.

So, you're either getting freaked out by the game loading the stock parts, or I have no idea what you mean.

It doesnt download anything. It just loads the gamefiles from your harddrive into your RAM and VRAM.

The loading will take much longer, if you have Hamachi or similiar virtual network adapters installed. That is a bug in the unity engine, it is recommended to deactivate or deinstall those adapters.

The loading bar and the parts paths listed above can actually help you diagnoze malfunctioning mods.

Hamachi is way too easy to hack, so no thank you.

Unfortunately, I believe that seeing every progress bar as a download bar is a bout of healthy paranoia.
