"You wankers missed my sexy english accents? Did you? Wankers."
Then his personality downgrade happened in prison.
Yeah I figured as much, and I guess t goes with his storyline, it just gets irritating hearing all his lines being insults to that teammates. Like on the breakout, all he did was tell at the heisters! If it were up to me I would've left him
Also, Hoxton deserves the name, as Houston didn't commit his first crime in Hoxton (at least it's not mentioned anywhere to imply this -- I don't think Houston even ever left the states prior to the Payday Gang, but that's just speculation.)
And i do like Houston, mostly due to his dry sarcasm.
I dunno man... If my heisting crew replaced me while I just rotted in prison -- and aquired some permenant facial scars -- for 2 years... I'd ask Chains for a "F--king limo" too...
Loved Hoxton in PD:TH, he was the best.
In PD2, I still love him, but not as much, but that may just be because they brought in a bunch of new characters, many of which I like, which makes Hox less special since there are more I like.
Looks like I don't have to type out my thoughts anymore!
Anyways, I'm biased towards Hoxton, because my main character is Clover, who was his apprentice. Though... She did screw him over after a point. Like Bain and the gang at the Panic Room - but according to the lore, in Clover's case, Hoxton let it go.
blue dress appears out of nowhere
What I noticed is that they (Clover and Hoxton) both have long and rather aggressive lines towards civilians. I don't know Hoxton in PDTH, but it might be their attitude as well. I assume that's what makes him annoying for you? Or have you just played with players who keep spamming his lines? Because that can be sure annoying. :D
(Also, Hoxton seems to be aggressive towards civilians only. I assume Hoxton was screwed by civilians in PDTH? Or does he just vent his anger at them?)
It's true, I use Hoxton all the time because our attitudes are literally the same. That and his BEAUTIFUL ENGLISH ACCENT.
