-SWATs are reskinned to look like they look now, they do more damage, which breaks half of the perk decks in this game and allows the ICTV to be depleted in a single shot (heaviest armor in game and it can't handle one bullet, GG Jules)
-The pathetic Medic Dozer, which only does...wait for it, 10 DAMAGE!
-Bulldozers have 24000 health, 48000 for the Minigun and Medic Bulldozer
Makes me think that maybe Death Wish should have just been buffed all along and One Down should have never existed, but without the stupidly high damage.
So basically only dodge works? But at least we can use guns now instead of stupid bows
Anarchist, Stoic, Burglar, Sicario, Armorer. Technically they all work.
Death Sentence is a difficulty that is selected when you are handed a death sentence, whether or not you wanted to die.
There are more weapons and perk decks you can use, even before the last OD/DS update.
Burglar is a more useless Rogue. It's only good for stealth, and a decent plan B for loud. But who the hell would choose that over Rogue?
The dodge chance is WAY less, sure you can get quicker armor recovery, but you have to be standing still...and you're not going to be in cover since you obviously had to be outside of it to get shot.
240 dmg for snipers, so a dodge user with 20 armour (suit) and 230 health can survive a hit.
The 55% diversion when pair with Optical Illusion is what make it good. Rogue is lesser by 5%, but don't let it fool you.
The sheer amount of enemies on Death Sentence is pretty much going to shadow that advantage. You would have to use suppressors and weapons with a low threat to reduce the chances of being targeted to actually benefit from Burglar, but Rogue is a better dodge deck.
