Who knows what DLL they are checking the version of for that, but it's clearly not a working system. NvAPI would be the preferable way to check driver version.
From the PCEngine.ini" file
under [Engine.GameEngine]
RecommendedDriverAMD=15.201.1151.0
RecommendedDriverNVidia=10.18.13.5581
These are the version it was told to think are the latest. Any version # found that doesn't match this will cause it to (incorrectly) say the driver is out of date.
So need the add the number version? (I have AMD)
I'd just set everything to 0.0.0.0 and avoid the problem.
You could, but I wouldn't bother because this is cosmetic only and causes absolutely zero impact on the game's operation.
That or simply removing/commenting the lines out might do it as well, but again, I wouldn't bother. Cosmetic only, doesn't hurt anything. You don't even need to click a confirmation box to banish it or anything.
Plus, this file is likely to get updated with semi-frequency in the future anyway which means you'll have to continually muss with it. (you could also set it read only, but that might cause problems with future patching/updates).
I know only a minority of people use In-Home Streaming, but dialog boxes are evil when you do use it :P
