The game just won't launch at all

Bought yesterday, downloaded completely, recheck the game's files over and over again and
IT JUST WON'T LAUNCH AT ALL.......
GTX960M Core I7 8GB RAM
will you please help me out somehow, i'd be very appreciated for your kindness
Every time I click the button and the game's image shows, then disappears,and then nothing happens

Very seldom I'll get a false game startup. Before you click Play again, open the Task Manager. Next time the mini-splash screen loads but the game doesn't, check to see if the game is running in the Task Manager. If it is, give a click in the TM display and the game should load. Let us know your results.

Which Windows OS (7, 8.1, 10) and NVidia driver series do you have?

Sorry, forgot to mention, Windows 7, Nvidia driver 376.09
After i click the button, a small poster of the game shows up, then disappears, and nothing happens, I can't find anything in TM,

Emmmm still won't work and the Read-only setting always was there no matter how much time i did

Nothing, just the mini splash shows up a few seconds
after everything disappears,
I've googled this problems, there're some guys with the exact problem as i do but all got "configures insufficients etc."

There are two more redistributables that you might try installing. Do these separately, then test the game for improvement between each installation:
Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Batman Arkham Knight \ _CommonRedist \ DirectX \ DXSETUP
Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Batman Arkham Knight \ _CommonRedist \ DotNet \ 4.5.1 \ NDP451-KB2872776-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU

2GB of VRAM should be enough to let you launch the game, although at 1920x1080, you will have to stick to low settings to avoid VRAM overcommitment.

I see you've already tried reinstalling redistributables, have you also tried verifying the game cache? https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335

I have the same issue as well. I have
> redownloaded the game
> checked the game cache
> reinstalled redistributables

and i'm using a gtx 1060 6gb
i'm out of ideas , was really looking forward to trying out this game

if you are using a laptop, run it in windowed mode...add
'-windowed' to your Steam launch options
also try an older GPU driver the 37x versions seem to have many bugs
v.368 seems to be the last 'stable' driver for this game.
make sure to select CLEAN INSTALL
If you have Windows Defender....disable it
