yeah it hasnt worked on mw3 but i hope they did more work on it so black ops 2 is not full of cheaters

if you read blops 2 was built ground up to prevent cheating so im hoping for a much better gaming experience.

I doubt this attempt will be any good. Black Ops did well because it had admins running their own servers. You remove that for passive anti-cheats like Treyarch has done and it'll be a rough ride.
.. you gamers been under a rock? VAC never has worked on any game EVER. Specially COD. No version has been safe. No version has been hack free. Every new FPS get plauged.

VAC does okay if given time. Activision's problem is that they used it as the sole line of defense in MW2, MW3. Black Ops (the first one) used community admins in junction with VAC which was a great compromise. Cheating wasn't ever strong whenever I played in servers with active administration.

Nothing will stop cheaters sadly but will it have less of them probably.

We know nothing about Treyarch's Prioprietary anti-cheat.

We do know that as they've stated, its been built from the ground up and is looking at preventing it a lot more than they used to. From what they've said, I'm hopeful that it will go much better than MW3.

Modern Warfare 3 only had VAC to depend on, when VAC wasn't designed for this duty.

The whole spiel about how Black Ops II's proprietary anti-cheat was built from the ground up is merely marketing. I seriously doubt it will do any good with regards to stopping cheating. Black Ops II is using a highly exploited 7-year old engine. This isn't hard to exploit in the first place because they are already written, and I don't believe that this proprietary anti-cheat will make any difference outside of potentially screwing up legitimate players (like Punkbuster does with new implementations.)

There is a one way : everyone should use hacks of all sorts.
