Anyone acquired 'The All-Knowing' achievement? Need help with Log Book

Just finished my 4th run, 100% story completion, everything done except the 'The All-Knowing'.

Can anyone show the list of things in their Logbook, so I can compare to know what I am missing? Or share your route orders or number of re-runs you ran through?

I am now considering re-running starting from prologue, to see if there's any changes, or may be go for already seen endings... but there's no guarantee that such re-run will resolve the problem so, please help if you got platinum trophy!

So what are the requirements for the logbook anyways? Is it just to talk to all the NPCs, 100% story and digression, and all the kawaraban? Do I need to finish the monster log or edo commissions? Currently confused with Sukenoshin's quest for 5 "Showdowns" which I have no clue about, so that's why I'm wondering if I need to finish the edo comms.

Used DeepL to translate, but it did well translating what I needed to know.

But yeah, with all that done, I got all the achievements for this game. Now to rest up for DLC.

Showdowns are when you are about to take a fatal blow, there is a random chance your servant will jump in and save you and you win the duel. Replay an easy Battle Collection on a higher difficulty and let them kill you and hopefully, it will trigger, then heal up and finish the fight. No idea if there is another way to trigger them, but that is how I triggered them.

Still missing a (or multiple) logbook entry somewhere. At 100% story, digressions, all commissions, talked to NPCs including the one very missable one noted here (and it did update my logbook), edo monsters, ninja trainees, kawaraban, etc. Anyone know of any other NPCs you only have a short window to talk to that update the logbook?

I seem to be missing the "Miura-ya" entry that is just after Babyloni-ya,
Does someone have any clue on where to get it ? i guessed it was in Yoshiwara but to no avail so far

Edit : Nevermind found it Had to restart from prologue and when you retrieve the debt which was hidden high up, you get an event with saber

Did you clear the NG+ exclusive "Don't destroy it" ending? I believe I unlocked it after that.

Then you probably don't have everything. There's some odd missable ones, like the Miura-ya one above.

I believe you also have to see both Rat and Snake versions of the Don't Destroy ending.

I got the achievement after I looked in the logbook in the main menu (the one with new game, continue etc.) and gone through every log entry again.

I honestly hope they'll add something to check the current progress on the achievement.
I've all stories and digression at 100% and checked the logbook with a friend that has the achiev and I've all entries, don't know what I might be missing ngl.
It's kinda frustrating
