https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=245723825 Note that by "very in-depth", I mean so in-depth that the majority of the guide will probably be irrelevant, due to covering things that you probably won't have to know at the time (but still covering other things that you'll want to know).
But as for the modelling itself, you can try finding rips of existing models to use as a base, but if you don't find something that suits your needs 100%, you may have to look up tutorials on either editing models in Blender, or making new models from scratch in Blender.
