AMD physics consistent bug
Hey everyone. I have an AMD graphics and just like almost everyone else, has had past issues with the broken physics of the game. I know the issues is tied to the HZ of the monitor and in game vsync needing to be off and limit FPS to 60fps. For some reason, I have to manually reset each of these options every time I choose to play the game and it has become very annoying. Do I have to enable triple buffering, as I saw someone else mention that in another thread. Thanks! Open to hearing everyone's' experiences and tips.

The only thing you need is to cap framerate to some reasonable amount.
I've heard AMD Chill has issues and doen't always keep the cap, try using third-party tools (RTSS for example).

You don't need to cap the game to 60 fps. You can play the game at 120 or 144 without issues. The slightly funny ragdolls happen regardless. Same for Dead Space 2. You can cap using RivaTunner. Or driver Vsync

On AMD also FRTC or Chill.

Or you can use DXVK, but absolutely tweak the dxvk.conf to allow for higher than 60 fps if you have the monitor for it. The game really doesn't need to be capped to just 60.

Thanks man. So try disabling radeon chill? FRTC is set to 60 and I know you mentioned I could play at a higher FPS but I'm satisfied with 60fps. It's just odd that I'm dealing with this issue only with DS1 and not DS2. All I have to do with DS2 is use Borderless Windowless application and I get no screen tearing.
