[Spoiler] Shooting range ?

So I noticed there was a shooting range aboard the USM Valor in level 9.

Since I was running low on ammo and I was saving money (didn't buy ammo yet, and I didn't want to start buying either), I didn't have the opportunity to try it out.

Is there any point to that shooting range ? Like : do you get rewards from it, like the Zero-G Basketball game in level 10 ?

IIRC you also have unlimited ammo while using it.
