Yo fellow starborne people,

If you take your time, 80+. It took me over 80h to 100% it, including scanning completely all planets within the system.

About 30-40 hrs to experience everything it offers plus achievements. :)

Oh okay, so the DLC is still fairly long then
Thank you both for your insights! :coromon_blush:

you should get the achievements long before completing everything (just by doing the main quest + some side action).

main quest : 5 to 10 hours

100% : 30 to 40 hours

100% and complete system survey : solid 50 hours

I spent too much time on a dlc with no rewards for a ranged killer. Lots of gear with their names in color with stats far short of the white named superior gear I wear. If you enjoy listening to npcs ramble more than the action part of the game you will love it. It is like a city full of Sarahs.

Too much DIALOUGE in your opinion ?

80 hours to 100% the DLC? LMAO

If you just stick to the DLCs main quest, you can complete it in under 8 hours.

The main quest is about 15% of the DLC
The DLC is as long as other AAA DLC's. Whether its more spacey; no , it isn't.

Longer still if the main quest bugs out in the shadow building-cave...which is where I've been stuck for I don't know how long. I don't know if waiting a few weeks in-game will respawn the npcs or not. I don't feel like killing them again.

But... but... this game was meant to be played for decades. How can DLC have a time limit? It should be infinite...

Exactly my reaction. The base game doesn't even need 80hours : )
I can't help coming back to this forum because it's entertaining.

Not a huge sample size of course. But offers some idea as to how it can vary depending on playstyle. Notably, the fastest "Completionist" time listed, even under "Rushed," is 15 hours.

The playtimes look fairly comparable to FO4's Far Harbor https://howlongtobeat.com/game/37328

Completing all quests and distinct locations in the base game takes a lot more than 80 hours.
