Anyway, it's very likely to be US$60, since that's the price on Xbox and Switch store. For the Steam regional pricing, you can refer to the price of SH2 and P5S on Steam. I assume there won't be much difference, as both games are US$60.
People do keep on forgetting that we're getting 40+ DLC for free with the game, whereas the failstation owners had to pay for them.
But yeah, the answer to this thread is Gamepass. It really is the best deal in gaming these days.
Also, I significantly doubt that Japanese executives of multi-billion dollar corporations spend their Saturdays looking for financial advice on American Steam forums. That's just a guess, though.
