Question for those who own a 1TB OLED model

I am thinking about upgrading my LCD model for an OLED model sometime in the near future. I purchased a 64GB Deck and upgraded the SSD to a 1TB drive. I am looking at the 1TB OLED so I can sell my LCD model as is.

My question is about the screen. Does the etched screen take away from the colors and HDR features of the OLED screen? Or not really? I watched a YouTube video where one person said that if you get a glossy screen protector that it takes care of anything that the etched screen would take away.

Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
