Contanimation Tower???

i ran into a place while looking for the village to deliver gifts (An Old Request). i believe its called a contanimation tower? what am i suppose to do with this place? if i go in too far it starts to hurt my immunity tho. it didn't show on map till i first ran into it. now i see it in almost every direction.

This is Infected Greenhouse tower. You'll have to visit it later in the game during storyline quest.

Each time you visit a new place the Suit's AI tells you something, and you can hold TAB to see what's got a little arrow in the bottom right (or small circle) which denotes you haven't read it yet. In the case of the Infected Greenhouse, the Suit's AI told you that you'd need an Immunity Booster to pass. Look that up by holding TAB and you can figure out the rest.

When in doubt, hold TAB and look around.

Infected greenhouse, a version of greenhouse (3 light outpost) that's thoroughly infected by preternatural snarls (and seeds). Avoid for now. This is for later when you've been to the Underdust and explored... "upwards".
