a request for the safety of cats

Hey i love the game so far and the story that is playing out. I just have a request that you show a more realistic view of what having a cat as a family member is with scratching post cat trees etc. this woman supposedly already had a cat but her house doesn't show it neither does her behavior but that could be her being distracted by her illness. However the cat items don't just disappear when you lose your furry loved one people tend to keep them for a bit.

Also the part about letting the cat outside is a safety issue indoor cats live close to 10 years longer than cats who are allowed outdoors. Also cats allowed outside threaten the ecosystem they inhabit. Catios are a great replacement and you already have an important aspect about having an indoor cat. I am just concerned this game will give people the wrong idea about letting their cats outside maybe a disclaimer or something against letting the cat outside can be put in somewhere. Sorry to bug but I love cats dearly and it pains me to know that cats are constantly dying prematurely from being allowed out.

I don't think this game endorses cats being outside. Dawn's life turns upside down exactly the moment she decides to escape the backyard, if anything the game is a cautionary tale to not let cats go outside.
