I have been looking for it for a while. I have checked the place, the rooms and even the room that requires a keycard. I have checked people's necks and the tables, places where a locket could be placed... I have read people experienced a bug in DLC level 1 where glasses turned invisible. I got softlocked in this level and already had to restart it... (I got inside a place and was impossible to get out)...

Ive seen these get featured in trailers for the game yet ive never got my hands on one? I don’t think you can pick them up in levels so is it something you need to unlock?
