Time runs out when fighting Dynus

I went and fought Dynus at 8AM in the morning. I fought him without dying up until 12AM! And then I get a dialogue that says, " You past out!" What is this!? I don't even want to fight Dynus again knowing that my character will simply past out again once it hits midnight! Please fix this developers!

I am using full Sunite equipment to battle this dragon. So I am obviously wearing the best equipment there is to do this job. And guess what, it's not enough! I fought all day long and midnight comes along to pass me out!

I had the dragon's health down to 10,000/90,000 too!

You might already know this, but the mining shockwave spell destroys the 2 crystals that periodically spawn really fast. Might speed up the fight.

Actually the best equipment is Glorite... And if you are having problems with your DPS, eat more food, or drink elixirs you can get from Bernard at the town hall.

Are you using a sword, crossbow, or spells? Did you perk the combat skill to do extra damage etc. in the fight? What's your attack / spell damage stats? The last character I had that fought Dynus got to the castle around 5:30pm and won the fight before 10pm, but I specialized in crossbow including all the relevant perks in the combat tree, had Rel'Tar's Mark crossbow (best crossbow in game), and 130 attack stat, as well as over 500 HP/900 Mana.

Another thing to consider is the 'day length' slider in the options - do you have it set to 15 minutes? If so, slide it down to 40 minutes for the fight; it'll give you more time.

Honestly? I'll just buck up and give him tributes. Use that perspective Nivara taught me about.

I think you haven't raised your stats enough. I fought him with only Sunite Chestplate & Gloves, random leg piece (the one given by Nathaniel), and a farming hat.

If you can't kill him in a full day, you need to get better gear/eat better food for boosts/upgrade your combat skills. It should not take that long to kill him.

skill issue. almost quite literally. if you haven't invested any skill points into combat (community tokens help tremendously with this), then that's why you're taking an entire day to down this dragon. and i think you can also improve your stats with buying potions and elixirs with mana shards outside of the nel'vari mines
