An issue

So i went down the non sinner path and tried to get the steam achievement wrong way on a one way track i did exactly what it said to do and did not get the steam achievement but i did get an ending, is it glitched? wonderful i just checked the integrity of the steam files well for some reason 120 files failed to validate im guessing thats what denying me the steam achievement, one of the save files says persistent i tried deleting it it solves nothing i guess i wont be getting the 100% sadly...
