Withered Tree is still kankeronious

This event either needs scaling back (1 cyst per glade) or reclassifying as forbidden. Not sure how it scales with prestige, but this much is certain from a P20 perspective.

As is, if you've opened too many glades already, the only correct response is to simply never attempt the event, leave it standing, and permanently suffer its blight remove time debuff. No other glade event is this kankerous, let alone a meagre dangerous glade.
