Regional prices are not this high for Steam. Any other game uses regional prices. I can buy AAA games for this price. Why should i bother buying this.

inflation
Kimtroverted Aug 11, 2022 @ 2:07pm
Presumably because key resellers purchase the game using Turkish currency since that economy is so screwed up with inflation values that without regional pricing most games would be 50% cheaper than the rest of the world's prices.
Drages Aug 11, 2022 @ 3:08pm
yeah, raising the price 2.5 times at release is not a nice way when the game got no repeat value as a roguelike with a short game play time, got bugs at technical and progression parts.

you cant sell/gift turkish games out of turkey

i saw the game for 70 liras and was honestly was gonna still wait for a sale to get it, but at 160 it's as expensive as or even more expensive than games like cyberpunk, rdr2, god of war and many other AAA titles on sale

as expensive as god of war? 160 lira is less then 10 usd.... why the hell are you guys complaining so much? in canada we have to pay an extra 20 cents on the usd so $60 ends up being $80.

if turkish ppl are not able to afford 160 liras, maybe the problem isnt with steam or game devs, maybe you guys should tell your government to fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ economy? and if erdogan doesnt want to do it, maybe you guys need to throw the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ out of office?

If that's going to make you feel better, check out the russian regional price for this turd of a game on steamdb -- https://store.steampowered.com/app/375530/Football_Tactics__Glory/
It's four times the previous price.

"Just fix your country's economy lol"

Good one. Next we're gonna cure cancer and achieve world peace. Just like that. You're a piece of work for bringing politics in and grandstanding.

why do you care about us complaining or not?
like are you the dev?
are you turkish?
are you from any developing/3rd world country?
if the answer is no, then why are complaining about other people having problems with the game?

like are you for real complaining about 20 cents?
like dude you make that working for a literal minute on minimum wage or a few seconds if you have an actual job

like dude is here complaining about a 20 cents increase on a thread about a 230% price increase lmao

yes, my deepest apologies, we will fix the entire economy easy no sweat.

and even then it will still be kinda expensive, just less expensive than what it is now.
