Epic Games Store Achievements?
Sorry Steam fan boys for spamming EGS content, but...
Any information about Achievos for Wonderlands on Epic? If there wont be any then Ill pass It or buy on Xbox/PS.

Yes, I confirmed it a short while ago. There are 39 achievements listed in the "in-game" overlay.

While EGS did roll out some sort of achievement system, there are very few games with them. I don't think BL3 has them on EGS, so doubtful for Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. Of course, I could be wrong but due to the awesomeness of the epic game launcher I can't figure out a way to tell if there are achievements or not.

I’ve never tried to check prior to a release so not sure if it indicates or not. Easy to tell once released, obviously.

Don't think so. Games that have achievements do have them listed for you to see on their store page, and Wonderlands doesn't have anything in regards to achievements on its page.

Could still change on launch day, but even other pre-order titles had them prior to release.

The same as Godfall dont have on store page, meanwhile ingame they are active.

Yea, true, I got a little ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on EGS... No achievement info in store, but in game they are, no forums to ask/talk with Devs, etc. They think They'll buy people with easy free games, meanwhile everything else sucks.

Yeah, it has the really awesome kind that award 1000 XP for unlocking them all. Epic achievements are vastly superior to Steam, it's not even funny.

EGS Achievements? what EGS Achievement? You mean the achievement system they supposedly rolled out, but nearly no games have them. At the very least, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands doesn't have them or at least they're not listed on EGS game listing.

It has them, I don't know why the store page isn't listing them other than the game hasn't released yet. They show up in EOS json queries using the WebAPI. Hopefully after the game unlocks they'll show up in the client too.

We will see, It launches is about 15 minutes from now and I will start the install. Now you claim that these alleged achievements are better than those listed on Steam, so you have went line by line and compared the two?

It's been rolled out, most games don't display them on your profile however.

Showing me one game that has achievements doesn't mean anything to me. i see rocket league has them too, but other games like BL3 doesn't have them. The achievements for rocket league are listed on the store page, so you'd think they'd be listed on other games' store pages if they actually had them. And if I cannot see achievements on my profile what is the use? Where would we see them if not in our profile?

No, it's not whether you can see them or not. It's what's the point of showing them at all.

What's the point of having achievements? Well some people enjoy them. I liked them back when I was a console player and I like them on Steam. They supposedly rolled out on EGS, but other that rocket league, I haven't seen any games with achievements listed.
