I was on this bus and I still have no idea what OP is talking about.

Op means the cave you have to walk through just before entering Majula. It would usually features tons of bloodstains.

Quite certain he meant the little cavey-bit infront of the entrance to Majula, where there was always a strangely high amount of seppuku-bloodstains.

Guys, it's a cave where you kill yourself using the sepuko on the weapon and leave many red marks on the ground, scaring whoever gets there because the other players think there is an enemy but in reality it's just the players themselves going in death
