Miquella Ring emoji help on low-level characters.

It seems you need to specifically help/receive help in coop for a DLC boss to get it, which is lame. No way my lvl 15 or 20 character with unupgraded weapons is getting summoned there! Therefore I beg: could someone with pre-ordered DLC help me kill the Gaol Knight (first mausoleum boss) on three (3!) low-level, low-upgrade characters, or summon me for him or some other boss you can kill on your own (I'll try to help as much as I can). I have most of the dlc unlocked on them but it better be some easy boss XD Thank you very much! Two of the chars are at ok scadu blessing, but one is a bit low (scadu 6), weapons are unupgraded too so status builds or blackflame tornado are best. Or maybe there is another way to get this emoji?

Can't you just kill any boss, including those in the base game and pass on the gesture this way?

Does it exclusively work within the dlc area?

It's curious you say this, as just earlier today I talked to someone who claimed that all you need to do is perform it in front of someone, without defeating boss or anything like that.

edit: I should addy we were talking about The Ring gesture, so the one you get as a reward for preordering the base game.

Nah, ordered in April 2024 but pre-ordered the DLC indeed.

If you preordered the dlc you get the gesture as soon as you log in with any of your characters.

So The Ring you get if you help ppl in the original game, since it was preorder gift for original game. Miquellan Ring you get in coop too, but only in the DLC which is lame. I thought you could get it somehow else but nah

Would you like to test if passing the Miquellla's Ring gesture works within any of the base game areas as well? Or did you already try it?

We can sure try, this will be a very valuable information too. But I am almost 100% sure that it does only work with DLC bosses. We could kill Beastman in a cave near start of the game

I tried giving it to someone by killing 2 base game bosses in both our worlds, it didn't work. They only got it when we killed a DLC boss.

Oop s sorry just got emojies with a kind lady from another thread, whom I helped too XD Still, it is worth testing with someone without DLC preorder (sadly I now have the emoji on every character, I could create a new one for science but, well)))))) . I am certain however that it is not the case, since I cooped much on these characters (and got my Ring like in a couple of sessions), still didn't get Miquella's . It is statistically not very believable that you can get Miquella's ring that way. Anyway, many thanks!

Oh, and Gaol Knight is not a problem for me) I recently beat Messmer and Romina withoun ppl's help on that lvl 15 +3/+1 char
