Anything else, well there are builds that certainly require less skill to pull off (Bleed builds, Comet Azure spam builds, blasphemous blade builds, etc), but I wouldn't consider them cheesy unless they clearly break game mechanics like the aforementioned stunlocking thing.
The only true cheesy thing in the game though is Rot Breath/Ezykes Decay
That as a concept is the only thing I have to wonder why it's even given to the player to use
It is in the game so godspeed to anyone who uses it, but I just don't get it if Fromsoft is adamant in tuning the difficulty higher each game until we reached a point where that spell is included lol
I think the point of the tarnished is that they are supposed to be kind of abnormal, because at this point nothing else has worked out.

Who determine what build is cheesy ?
Do you determine if a build is cheesy ?
A cheesy build is a thing , or a feeling ?
