Without EAC, nothing.
Arguably it's not as bad as some hitching I've seen others experience, but it's still totally noticeable once you turn it off, on, and then back off.
There are a few other places where I get some stutters, including some of the ones mentioned here, but that area is the only place where I consistently get low FPS (low 40s), regardless of settings (480p at lowest settings gets me maybe 2-4 more fps). It has improved significantly since launch though.

Not exactly a stutter but still an amazing spot with performance issue. I think it's the only one that most (all?) players experience.
For something more definitive, go to Roundtable Hold. Jump over the banister to where Mad Tongue Albrect is/was. Go into the side room with the beds and where Cipher Pata is/was. Return to where Mad Tongue was. Along the way, there's a loading stutter EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
I think this is also true if you go past the second imp statue downstairs past Hewg.
Either the game itself needs the specified RAM and they've ignored the fact that generally 2.5gb of that memory is being used by default Windows OS setups, or, they've had trouble testing the variety of possible hardware configs leading up to the release of the game.
Final note: the min and rec specs for ER came out late, were retracted, and then re-published a bit later. That indicates difficulties.
