What I gatherd is Radagon is the Rune of order only small part of the Elden ring and Marika is the Elden Ring ...So she yaked him out to use him for war but he had kids with another lady. Once Marika knew he could have a baby she forced him back mated with him trying to make cheat Emperales " born from one god " cause technically Radagon is a part of Marika. So the twins came out imbread cause she had sex with her self.
