I could barely even bring myself to do it when he asked me to : D
(and the basic version is just +5% I think, he needs those delicious battlefield juices from the Radahn fight, if the description is any indicator)

Can't you kill him after the Radahn fight then? Haha. Worth a try.

depends on your build. Once you get to endgame I wouldn't use Radagon's Sorseal. If you're using that you should probably just respec.

Erdtree Favor (the best you can afford, wether it's +1 or +2) it's the only one that I've always got equipped, the rest varies according to the situation.

If you're using Mimic's tear, equipping Shabiri's Woe before summoning it is also a great choice.(You'll have to unequip it after summoning the mimic tear)
Radagon Soreseal. The Stat boost is just too good, essentially saving you 20 Levels and helping you reach the soft cap easier or equip something you lack stats in your current build. The additional stats outweighs the damage taken. However, this is mostly best used on Hybrid Builds, Melee Builds or Mage's that wants more VIG/END/DEX Stats.

Radagon soreseal. 20free points

Yup. Pretty much a 'must have' for nearly every build until you're deep into NG and stay points no longer matter.

Another vote for Dragoncrest and Arsenal/Favor here. The regen one, Sacred Dew I think, is actually pretty underrated for dungeons though, can really stretch your flasks out a lot, just swap it out for any serious boss fight.

Lots of melee love in here, gonna represent for the casters:

There are four essential ones for faith and four essential ones for intellect.

Faith:

Flock's Canvas Talisman
Faithful's Canvas Talisman
the fitting Scorpion Charm
Ritual Sword Talisman

Intellect:

Graven-School Talisman
Graven-Mass Talisman
Magic Scorpion Charm
Ritual Sword Talisman

And on why these are the best: They deal damage. Thanks for listening. :)

Great-Jar's Arsenal. It's a pretty hefty increase to maximum equip load, you can cheese the enemies that you have to fight to get it and in general it's just a great choice.

It's a 19% equipment load increase. Not an absolute must if you have access to the default or +1 arsenal charm, as those provide 15% and 17% respectively, but still very nice to have.
Hauzer Mar 26, 2022 @ 10:44am
Erdtree's Favor +2 (+HP, stam, equip load)
Green Turtle (+stamina regen)
Great-Jar's Arsenal (+equip load)
Rotten Winged Sword Insignia (+AR on hits)
Millicent's Prosthesis (+5 dex, +AR on hits)
Lord of Blood's Exultation (+AR on bleed)
Godskin Swaddling Cloth (heal on hit)
Dragoncrest Greatshield (+physical dmg negation)
Pearldrake Talisman +2 (+non-physical dmg negation)
Greatshield Talisman (+guard boost)
Radagon Icon (+cast speed)
Godfrey Icon (enhanced charged skills/spells)
Graven-Mass Talisman (+sorcery potency)
Flock's Canvas Talisman (+incantation potency)
Scorpion Charms(+damage -phys mitigation)

Once i reached mountaintop I outleveled it. 30% more dmg taken for some stats after reaching most softcaps just isnt worth it imho. Putting Dragoncrest in to mititage the downside of radagon is even worse. Better use those 2 slots for literally anything %-based like HP, Stam, 15%dmg on specific attacks, Stamreg, dragoncrest.

Its only 15% orso more damage taken. Dunno where you get 30% from.
For most of the game the Vigor granted by the soreseal makes up the difference.
%HP talismans are some of the worst options available.

If you're melee, the great jar arsenal is essential. Not even tough to get either, just beat 3 horrible AI phantoms in a row. All they do is run at you and swing.

really surprised no mention of ritual sword and shield which pair well together. sword gives a ton of AR that lets you explode things before they can react and shield is 50% DR which drastically reduces damage and can save you from a potential one shot pop.

Adding to the pile of people saying,

- Radagon's Soreseal
- Dragoncrest Greatshield

Because the sheer amount of stats you get on their own almost makes up for the damage absorption on its own, and the Dragoncrest basically nullifies it and gives you a reasonable amount of phys resist on its own. And then you even get two other slots for whatever you want, WHATEVER you want. I tend towards more defenses on top, like Pearldrake for generally pretty good element defenses and then like health +2 or something.

Combo with Godrick's great rune for +10 to STR, DEX, END, VIG overall! It's kind of ridiculous.
