No game right now has minimum requirements this high. Not only that, if those were the minimum requirements you can bet your ass it won't run on a base PS4 or Xbox One S.
The actual requirements will probably be a small step up from Sekiro's. Likely requiring a bit more RAM for a larger texture cache, and obviously more space on your HDD as it’s a way larger world.
If you think it's going to run on a 2gb 770 though, you're wrong. Unless you're fine with playing at 10 fps.
