Can't even launch the game.

Title states it how it is. The game will simply just crash at launch every time. I've verified the integrity of the game files and tried running it as an administrator but nothing I do seems to fix it. If anyone else had this problem and was able to solve it, please let me know.

If I hadn't launched the game with Special K and forced it into windowed mode, it would have just continued crashing in a loop.

Happened to me as well, launching game just gives me a black screen but i can still hear the title screen start playing.

Alt+Enter to force the game into windowed mode worked, then i could go into options and change resolution and make it borderless windowed

not even getting a black screen. It begins launching, then exits, no message, no black screen, nothing.

It worked perfecly for 90 minutes. I had some dinner, want to launch the game. No longer works. Freezes up exactly as WRC did on launch day.

THANK YOU FOR USING DENOVO AGAIN SEGA. With every game we have to deal with this stupid nonesense. Over and over again!

Same, it launches, shows the logos, then goes to permanent black screen

same here, i tried everything, uninstalling and installing it again, run it as administrator, checking the local files, but nothing happened

I feel like this might be two different issues. It's clearly a problem with the game choosing to go full screen exclusive on first launch for some of the people.

Others, I think, might be a problem with Windows version.

I seem to be having the exact same issue as Kaldaie and RekRP, but Alt+Enter nor Borderless Gaming is working for me. I don't have Special K so I haven't tried that yet.

I noticed that even if it freezes, at launch or sometimes even mid-game. Just wait a minute or two, no mather how good your system is. It somehow continues the game after it, without any futher hiccups. Guess it's somehow trying to connect to some drm server, with no response, has a 1 minute timer or something that it waits for, than just continues with the game.
