First it was saying "Windows 7 x64" on the requirements, then SEGA just changed everything on it, but it still says "DirectX 11". So I was just wondering if would work.

My Windows 10 PC is smooth as butter.

I haven't used Windows 7 in years so I can't judge you but why not update?

Is there problems? I can relate cus my computer keep saying I don't meet the minimum requirements to run Windows 11 when I know my Rig is perfectly fine.

Mine said that until I updated the BIOS of my mobo and TPM was recognized afterwards.

No, this game won't run on Windows 7. It uses a feature in D3D11 (Flip Model) that's only available starting with Windows 8.

Tested it, it's bootable. The logo is weird and crashes when you exit but it's bootable.
Download DXVK from github and put d3d11.dll & dxgi.dll next to .exe folder.
There's also dxvk-async, but it froze after the logos (if steam overlay isn't off)
Just know that in your first try you can boot up to the main menu and work fine while afterwards it will freeze in the second bootup if you don't turn off steam overlay
Just make sure you have a gpu that's over 2gb, you can run on low with 1gb but it's only a few frames
Do not use Version 2.0 if you driver is under the version of 510.47.03, AMD users can maybe run 2.0 fine.
