Get hairspray from bathroom WHAT BATHROOM???

There is a door with a number 4 on it, but can't get in there because its asking for hairspray I am assuming though that door with a 4 on it IS the bathroom.

Intro level is busted guys.

why put it on the clip board when u kill the amount of spiders you need it says the bathroom is open. ;/

if you look in the top left you can see your spider kills and objectives complete (but you can just look at your clipboard if you need to look at objectives)

Devs, you really need to make this far more clear to the player. The checklist gets ticked and then you will literally flounder around trying to open the bathroom door like I did. I had to come check the discussion forum just to see how to progress...

On the top left there is like a target logo that counts how many spiders you have killed, it's LITERALLY marked on the doors with a set quantity. I thought it was pretty obvious.

But then I forget some people are extremely slow learners.

The door to the closet is supposed to teach you the concept of the doors/cabinets that are locked behind the spider-kill mechanic. After you kill your first spider, it tells you to open the closet, which has the same requirement as the bathroom does: Kill spider(s).

At least that's what I think it's trying to do...

It's not the games fault that some people lack critical thinking skills. The same symbol for spider kills is on the door with a 4 on it. When you get an objective clear and then try to open the door and it doesn't open your next thought should be: Oh, I need to do something else, obviously.

I agree, I had to look this up as well. The problem is the game sets the expectation that after every checkmark the next thing will open or unlock for you on the list. The purpose of the bullseye isn’t explained and the spiders are usually hiding again by the time you get this objective. It’s easy to get mislead. Sure you can google the solution but that’s a poor expectation.

Literally all this needs as a fix is adding some text to the objective that says “Kill 4 spiders to enter the bathroom.” That’s it. Would teach the player and remove any confusion.

The Bathroom door on mine doesn't even have a number and just stays outlined red no matter what I do.
Is this a glitch or do I have to reinstall or something?

How many spiders have you killed? You need 6 to open the bathroom door.

The bathroom door is SUPPOSED to have a number. But devs, it doesn't always have a number on a replay it's missing. Starting the game with no save data shows the number.

It's issues like this that really ruin what could be a fun and interesting game.

(Yes it's definitely a glitch. hopefully one the devs can eventually fix)
