You can try use trainer such as aim lab to adjust it.
Hit the firing range in Apex and play with both settings to see what feels better for you.
There is no "end all" perfect setting. Totally based on how you move physically. Then once you get a good vibe with both DPI and sense, never change it again.
Let the muscle memory build up on your established settings. In time, if you put in the effort, you will be razor sharp.
But if you keep changing the dpi and sense over time, it will feel like you're never getting better with your movements or aim. So keep it steady once you've found something that feels good. :]

I do move my arms a lot when I play video games but I usually do pretty well and have not used a higher sensitivity in FPS games in a long, long time.

it says 5 for me so idk what that dpi is aiming is at 1 though
then agian i cant aim and move proprely do to problems with my left hand soo ya.
