What's so good about King's Canyon?

I hopped on Apex in season 7, and I've put almost 400 hours into the game at the time of writing this. Recent events have allowed me to experience the King's Canyon that veterans can't stop gushing over (destroyed or not) and... I liked it at first. Until I realized just how prone a battle is to getting fifth partied.

People say it's the same on other maps, but honestly I don't think it's quite as bad. Olympus has a sniper problem, but only once do I remember an endless horde of enemies coming at me from all angles after I kept taking them down. On King's Canyon it feels like it happens every other game.

I agree. Hopped in when it got on Steam (played a little before when it was on Origina and dropped it) and I agree completely. King's Canyon is awful and will probably make me drop the game again if they really want to keep pushing it without reworking it.

Agree ,all map should be 1v1 only no 3rd party allowed , just like bf and cod

third parties are fine if it isnt every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fight. rename the map to king of the hill because everyone groups up and is fighting whoever was there first

If you aim for 20 kill or 4k dmg, you don't have to look for people.

And it also have ample of tree, which is good for Crypto to hide their drone to use as surveillance while still able to engage enemy at same time.

I never knew about the usefulness of the trees for Crypto! Thank you for this information, perhaps I will be able to put it to use.

Iirc world edge circa season 3 had a massive sniper problem until they changed the map.

Kings canyon is basically the iconic map for apex, but the problem is that since the game as been out for this amount of time, people already know where other teams rotate, thus allowing ez 3rd party's.
